We develop business software systems and automation solutions

We design and build solutions around real business processes: VVZ ERP Suite, websites, Telegram bots, Python/backend systems, API integrations and automation.

How VVZ ERP Suite works

One connected workflow moves a request from the website to the local journal without multiplying products.

1) Website request.

The customer sends a request through the website form with the details needed for processing.

2) Server delivery queue.

The server validates the request and places it in the queue for delivery to the business.

3) Local application.

The local application receives the request, creates the working record and stores the main operational data.

4) Telegram notification.

An authorized manager receives a notification and can confirm or cancel the request when that action is enabled.

5) Work status.

After completion, the request receives a completed or cancelled status.

6) Journal and CSV.

The local journal keeps the operational record, with manual CSV export when needed.

Solutions

We develop separate modules and complete systems around real business processes — from websites and backend to integrations, Telegram and local tools.

VVZ ERP Suite

A modular system for requests, work statuses, local processing, Telegram and the data journal.

Websites and web solutions

Corporate websites, landing pages and web interfaces connected to real business processes.

Telegram bots

Bots for notifications, authorized actions, internal workflows and connections to business systems.

Python / Backend

Server logic, APIs, data processing, background processes and internal Python services.

APIs and integrations

Connections between websites, applications, external services and existing systems through APIs and data exchange.

Process automation

Automation of repetitive operations, data transfers, notifications and working scenarios.

How we work

Understand the need and process

We map how work is done today, where time and data are lost, and what genuinely needs to be developed or automated.

Design and build the solution

We choose the architecture and components required: website, backend, API, Telegram, local tools or VVZ ERP Suite modules.

Test and launch

We check working scenarios, integrations and data processing, then launch the solution in its real environment.

VVZ ERP Suite reliability

VVZ ERP Suite keeps the main working data close to the business while using the server and Telegram for delivery and control.

Local operational data.

The main business data and work journal stay in the local application.

Limited server role.

The server keeps only what is needed to receive, deliver and synchronize requests.

Telegram as an adapter.

Telegram handles notifications and authorized actions; it is not the database.

Visible connection state.

The local application must show connection loss, the last successful synchronization and pending items.

Recovery after interruption.

Statuses and pending actions can resume when the connection returns.

Modules added later.

New business modules can be added without replacing the entire engine.

VVZ ERP Suite sector solutions

Each sector uses the same VVZ ERP Suite engine with its own services, statuses and working rules.

Garages and auto repair.

Requests for diagnostics, repair or booking move into the local journal with confirmation and completion statuses.

Cleaning and home services.

Apartment, house, office, post-renovation, window and rental-turnover requests can move through the same local workflow.

Tire shops and mobile tire service.

Seasonal requests, storage notes and mobile service details can be handled through the same workflow.

Hair and beauty.

Appointment requests and service choices can be configured with the statuses the salon actually uses.

Construction, repair and mobile craftsmen.

On-site requests, comments and follow-up statuses can be adapted for mobile work.

Other local businesses.

Small shops, workshops, associations and service businesses can start with the modules they need now.

Project pricing

You can order a website, Telegram bot, VVZ ERP Suite, backend/API or business automation separately, or combine several components into one system. The prices below are starting guidelines; the final quote is confirmed after the requirements are defined.

Separate services.

Website — from €390. From a simple 3–5-page site to professional and complex projects around €2,500+ and then quoted to scope. The price depends on page count, design, languages, forms, features, content and integrations.

A project at the level of the current VVZ Studio site — multilingual, responsive, content-rich, with custom design, SEO structure and forms, without separate specific backend development — is indicative of the €2,500 level.

Telegram bot — from €290. Form on an existing website — from €120. Complex CMS, CRM, API or legacy environments are priced after technical assessment.

Python / Backend / API — from €290. Business automation — from €190. Priced according to the project and quoted to scope.

VVZ ERP Suite and complete solution.

VVZ ERP Suite — from €490 for a basic configuration with 1 user: request intake, server-side processing, Telegram workflow notifications, working statuses, a local journal and manual CSV export. The price grows with the number of users, required modules, integrations, automation and business processes.

The separate minimums Website €390 + VVZ ERP Suite €490 + standalone Telegram bot €290 total €1,170. The Complete VVZ Solution, designed from the start as one Website + ERP + Telegram workflow system, starts from €990.

This is not an artificial discount on a separate bot: the Telegram workflow is part of the shared architecture, so three independent products do not have to be built and connected afterward. Our solutions can also connect to an existing website.

Maintenance, hosting and conditions.

Standard website — from €19.90/month. For larger websites or server components: from €29.90/month. For ERP or a complete system, a dedicated server environment for the client is used; the corresponding service includes hosting, HTTPS, backups, monitoring and basic technical support from €39.90/month. The domain remains the client’s property.

With maintenance and dedicated infrastructure for at least 12 months, initial deployment of the complete package can start from €890, plus service from €39.90/month. This favourable initial price is tied to annual maintenance, not simply to buying several services together.

All prices are indicative. Requirements and the quote are confirmed before work begins; requests outside the agreed scope are priced separately. Migration to the client’s own server is a separate paid service: after the minimum maintenance term, the standard rate applies; before the minimum 12-month term ends, a higher early-migration rate applies.

After migration and a successful operational check, the client’s data is deleted from VVZ Studio infrastructure; residual backups are deleted according to the defined retention period.

VVZ ERP Suite components.

The components work together as one system for request intake, delivery, local processing and operational follow-up.

Website request intake.

Collects the customer details needed to create a work request.

Server-side delivery queue.

Validates and routes requests to the local application.

Local application.

Stores the main operational records and work journal.

Telegram notifications and actions.

Notifies the authorized master and can provide permitted quick actions.

Status and work journal.

Tracks completed and cancelled work records for later review.

Manual CSV export and modules.

Exports the journal when needed and allows optional business-specific modules.
